Hanoi electronic music fest to feature experimental shorts

The 4th International Electronic Music Festival, Hanoi Sound Stuff, will be held in the capital from April 15-16. Some of this year’s international artists include: Silvouplay (France), Timeart Ensemble (Germany), Space 360 and Horn (Thailand), and Raysoo (Malaysia).
